Dr. Brookh Lyons is an advocate for the love and care of women. She has been in the health field for 25 years with 15 years in private practice. She works so her patients achieve their best health and lifestyle outcome without drugs or surgery.
Over 150,000 readers received the monthly parenting magazine Dr. Brookh had published. She learned that parenting requires a lot of learning and support. Much of what we do as adults begins in what we learn about ourselves as children.
In her new book The Envelope System, Dr. Brookh walks through the very important relationship between a father and daughter as sometimes that bond can be difficult.
